Delivery Information

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively within Germany.

2. Made-to-Order

All products offered are made to order for the customer (print-on-demand).

We therefore do not hold stock. Each product is specially manufactured before it is dispatched.

3. Delivery charges

(1) Delivery charges apply to every order.

(2) The exact costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process before the purchase is completed.

(3) There is no entitlement to free delivery.

4. Delivery times

(1) The delivery time consists of production time + shipping time.

(2) Production time: usually 2–7 working days after receipt of order.

(3) Shipping time: usually 3–7 working days within Germany.

(4) As all products are made to order, delays may occur in individual cases.

5. Shipping providers

Delivery is carried out by various shipping providers (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD), depending on the production location and the logistics arrangements made by the print-on-demand partner.

It is not possible to select a specific shipping provider.

6. Partial deliveries

Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate parcels for production-related reasons.

This will not incur any additional delivery charges for the customer.

7. Parcel tracking

As soon as it becomes available, the customer will receive a tracking number by email.

8. Undeliverable parcels

If a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, the customer shall bear the costs of re-dispatch.
